Our role is strictly limited to facilitating connections between patients and healthcare providers. All medical decisions, diagnoses, treatments, and procedures are performed by independent healthcare professionals and facilities.
3. Patient Responsibilities

You must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information regarding:
